We transited in Xi'an from Tokyo to Singapore using China Eastern Airways. Got a 1x24 hour transit visa on arrival. This capsule hotel is right next to the exit door of terminal 3 arrival. From the arrival door, exit (still inside the building) turn right a little. There is also a KFC nearby. Most people there can't speak English yet. But we were helped by a translator from our cellphones. Just show the booking from the apps, they will understand.
