The exterior is a bit scary, like an unkempt building, but the inside is just like the photo, nice and cozy. The downside is that there is often no water for hours, so if you want to poop or take a shower, be prepared to buy gallons of water. The AC in the room is not working properly, it's time to replace it to match the price of the room and the interior. The induction gas is also not working, that's all, the rest is overall good. When you leave the room, you can immediately see the beautiful beach.

very slow response.. difficult to check in..because it turned out to be a condominium unit.. water is always off..after playing in the sea it's hard to rinse off.. nice place but very slow response,, difficult to contact the owner..

Not as per the pictures. Water was off several times, power was off too, stove didn't work, no Wi-Fi.

The place is neat! It is a great spot for sunset. The staff are very polite and accommodating. Breakfast has good variation.

The location of this villa is in a condominium (like an apartment), the condition is very old and outdated. So only the interior is new and according to the photo. The location around it is very disappointing. It is better to survey first before staying. The water often goes off. When defecating the water goes off. The interior is okay, it is better to check first.

The building is old and needs a lot of maintenance and repairs... the canopy of the window on the 3rd floor where I was staying collapsed and fell onto the 1st floor where I was staying... as a result, one person from my family was injured and taken to the nearest health center... the incident happened at night around 11 o'clock... the beach is crowded with many sellers and buskers because they are mixed with the public... this place is only good in a cool, sloping beach location because there are many trees and the room interior is nice

from the moment I arrived I was disappointed with the main facilities, the beach is dirty, mixed with regular visitors the condominium area also looks unkempt using the bathroom, the drain is clogged and overflowing the position of Ocean beach is on the 2nd floor, not parent friendly the worst thing is: the water is only on for 1 hour, and goes off within 3-4 hours, it's really uncomfortable

This is the location of the Carita Utara condominium which is an old building that has been renovated, the entire old building is damaged. There are neighbors who play dangdut really loudly, the water is off, the information is that the main reservoir is running out of water. Oh, what's the story after bathing in the sea and not taking a shower. The marketing on WA is not responsive. I'm fed up with paying 3 million for something like this. Regret it.

The condo does look like an old building, but inside it is very aesthetic, bright, clean, cold air conditioning, complete kitchen equipment, but amenities only do not provide bathroom equipment. The balcony faces the beach. Hopefully it will continue to develop
