The hotel staff is friendly. I think it needs some maintenance or a little renovation.

The bathroom is bad, dirty, there are rooms that cannot be used for defecating, instead you are asked to pay extra money to move rooms, it's terrible, the service is not friendly, it is not recommended.

service 5/10 I ordered a room on the 2nd floor, but was given one on the 3rd floor without any prior confirmation (yes, it depends on room availability) but.... we had to carry our own stuff up the stairs, and it was already night... tired from a long journey 😇. the condition of the room can be seen in the photo. the point is it doesn't meet expectations 🙂 I hope that in the future the service can be evaluated again to be friendlier to guests 🙏

The receptionist is not very friendly. She is rude and the television has no channels.

Disappointing. Won't be staying here again 2 times.

The staff is not friendly, the hotel looks like it is covered in moss and lots of spider webs.
