Strategic location close to the city center, toll road, mall. Cheap room rates per night start from 140 thousand depending on the type of room, but you have to save a deposit of 100 thousand to stay here. Beats star hotels, even star hotels are not that expensive. When you first arrive by elevator, you will find boarding rooms but abandoned. The rooms are not clean, the mattresses are dirty to the point of itching all night. There are menstrual marks on the sheets, forced to sleep because you have to go out again the next day. Semi-wet towels, the bathroom is not clean. There are no amenities, maybe according to budget. The TV cannot be used, the AC cannot be as desired, it has been set to on but as is, it doesn't feel cold. Parking is safe because it has its own parking lot, there are guards, the security guard opens and closes the barrier, plus a fence. Parking is guaranteed, but for check-in it seems like they won't come again. Maybe it needs to be renovated, I swear it's a shame, the parking lot is already safe, there are many rooms that will sell if they are clean and well-maintained, the price can be raised a little, so you can watch TV, the AC should be as we wish. I went home via the stairs, oh my gosh the first floor was scary, dirty. Actually it's an asset, if renovated it will sell and get repeat orders.

The double bed was dirty, the AC wasn't cold, there was no hot water, no WiFi, no TV channels, there was only a TV.

When I checked in and went into the room, it felt really uncomfortable, because it wasn't clean and not well maintained :(

The queue was so long and for some reason my child was crying, so we finally checked out that night.

The spray has lots of stains, the bathroom leaks, there is a TV but no remote, you don't get a toothbrush + toothpaste and soap and you are not told where to pick it up.

The experience was amazing, comfortable and beautiful, plus the interior design can be said to be very artistic.

The bathroom is really dirty, the floor is dirty, the mattress is really bad. Very bad service. And it doesn't match the room that was booked, there was no explanation when booking the room, suddenly they gave me a room with a fan facility. When I complained, I was told to upgrade. It's really not a good idea to stay here.
