The hotel staff is friendly and responsive, the location is excellent.

The view is marvellous. You must choose the lake view room. The price is reasonable and staffs are helpful. I love to stay there. There is a hot spring water pool. Calm and relax when you visit it.

Take a Lake View room, the view is really nice

I stayed here because I was going to El Lago Cafe in the morning, a perfect choice if you want to enjoy the super cool Kintamani atmosphere. We could enjoy a relaxing, serene soak in the hot spring pool.

Breakfast was not according to schedule... they said it would be ready at half past 8, but it was only ready at 8.30.. even though the plan was to check out in the morning at 8... but the fried rice tasted good, spicy

Overall, this hotel is the best in terms of staff friendliness and views of Mount Batur and Lake Batur. For food variants, it is not complete but the taste is quite good. It's just that access to the location is rather difficult and narrow, it would be better to pay attention to road access to the location in the future. The staff is very friendly and requests are responded to quickly. The best in terms of view and hot water pool

A relatively new accommodation in the Kintamani area, the view is great. The beauty is not because of the interior or exterior, but really all the buildings are simple but beautiful (hopefully you understand) ehehehe. Access to the villa is quite challenging, for those who bring their own cars, you might have to be more careful because there are very small roads. We were with the driver and were worried about the access because it was small 🥲 until we got out and chose to look for the location of the villa on foot while calling the villa staff. and the staff was very quick to come and guide us until we arrived at the villa! Good jooob! 😗 The room doesn't have AC but it's still okay because it's cold at night, but in the morning or afternoon when checking out it feels hot 🥲 and it's quite scorching hot. Hopefully the upgrade will be added with AC, so it's comfortable at any time, okay. for the staff, awesome 🥰 polite, helpful as needed so guests don't feel disturbed. for breakfast, it's just standard. good job the Silas! hopefully it will continue to progress.

Even though the way to the hotel is not that good, but in the end, the hotel and also the view are so amazing.

Bali, Island of beauty. seen from this inn. view of sunrise and sunset on lake batur with the background of trunyan hills plus natural hot spring water really adds to the comfortable impression here. The staff and management try their best to show the comfort and friendliness of the Balinese people, only the many flies need attention and the location is quite far to reach from the highway and the limited food variants also reduce the comfort of staying here other than that this inn is worthy to visit.

The atmosphere is cool, fresh, quiet from the crowds so it is very comfortable for a vacation.. The staff is very friendly and welcomes guests very well.. The view is very beautiful.. Recommended..lah.. However, the access road there is a bit narrow but the parking lot is spacious..

If there is an additional table and cupboard in the room, it will be more comfortable.

The access road is narrow and there are many puddles, the shower water is small, the room layout is not aesthetic (there is a hanger in front of the bed), non-alakat breakfast (for the taste with a room price of 500 thousand it is very inappropriate), last for someone from the hotel who claims to be the owner is not cooperative (reprimanding in public with bad gestures). But overall the staff is very friendly and helpful (this is the only plus point).

Very good recommendation for staying in terms of service and views

The road there is still very bad. There are so many flies. The price is really not worth it. We checked out immediately because it was like being attacked by flies.
