The best apartment, close access to everywhere. Good service, clean and comfortable. The most amazing thing is the facilities in the unit are very complete, everything is there 😆. So just bring yourself, it's like coming home.

The staff at the Mako hotel are very friendly and helpful.

I am very satisfied with my experience staying in this apartment! The room I stayed in was really comfortable, clean, and very neatly arranged. The interior is modern with warm lighting, making the atmosphere feel homey and pleasant and the guest services are also very friendly, given a welcome cake by k wahyu, and k mokha and security is also on standby 24 hours. The facilities in the room are very complete - starting from a soft bed, cold AC, to a TV with various entertainment channels. The kitchenette is also equipped with cooking utensils which are very helpful for those who want to cook for themselves. The bathroom is clean and equipped with hot water that works well. Overall, this apartment is the best choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and quality temporary residence. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time renting a loft type apartment, and no regrets. Check in was assisted by Ms. Mokha. The unit is as advertised and clean. The main room is comfortable, there is Netflix with an account so you can just play it. There is also Netflix in the TV room. Fast wifi. Bathroom, there is hot water but it lacks clothes hangers. Washing machine, stove, microwave all work. The only facility is trying the children's playground, it seems like it needs rejuvenation there. So far satisfied with the unit for a staycation.

Mr. Moka as a receptionist is very friendly. The room is nice as shown in the picture. The room is clean. It's all good.
