It's not that bad, but overall, it's very different from the photos. The building itself is poorly maintained. The location isn't close to the city center either. If you're looking to explore, there's nothing nearby. If you're a timid person, I think it'll have a somewhat eerie vibe. The room is large and okay, though it could be cleaner. The room I stayed in didn't come with shampoo or soap, so don't forget to bring toiletries if you don't want to buy them. The customer service is quite responsive, which is commendable.

Not recommended, got on the 18th floor, tucked away in a room where all the corridors of the building are not yet finished but not closed, dark. Not suitable for humans to live in! Suitable for those who want to test their courage to hang out with ghosts!

The hotel staff is friendly and cooperative, the apartment looks like new even though it is old, the cleanliness is lacking, close to the construction site, the impression of being dry and dusty is very noticeable, the room is clean but seems to lack maintenance, it is quite good for staying 1 to 2 days, the price is affordable.

Hi guys, here I want to review a lodging around Kelapadua that is quite worth it. Actually, the place is not difficult to find. It's just because it looks like a newly built apartment so it's a bit wrong if you glance at it on the street. Atmosphere/Facilities: new building in the corridor there are some spots that are still dusty. But in the room it's clean and comfortable. Cold AC, water heater works, clean sheets, fur blankets fall out, windows are hard to open and close, but there's Netflix here. Food: because I brought my own food so I didn't buy food here. But it seems like there are food sellers near the lobby. Staff Assistance: staff is quite fast response. It just took a while to wait maybe because I arrived first then chatted. Highlights: spacious and comfortable room because the building is new too. Price: If only the price was a little cheaper. But it's pretty good if it's around here. Location: quite strategic. Parking is also near the elevator.

The water heater is not working, the AC is leaking. Asked to move rooms, but was not given the reason that the rooms were full. Even though I tried to order via the app, there were still empty rooms.

This is a 1-story hotel, only 1 room is ready, the rest are under construction. And it feels scary on the 18th floor, only 1 room is available. Like a room of persugihan

The staff is very friendly, helped me get a super duper comfortable room. The room is very kids friendly, the AC is cold, the clean water is smooth, the room is also clean, there is a mini kitchen, a sink, the hotel is also very close to the toll road, the refrigerator is very cold. Very comfortable. Very friendly CS. Towels, blankets are available. Complete furniture refrigerator, TV, wifi, cupboard, sink, trash can. Cold AC. Clean toilet, smooth tap water.

Booked with a note for a room with 1 large bed but when we arrived we got a small bunk bed. Only got 1 towel for 2 guests.

Just a suggestion, sister, for the blanket, please arrange it 🙏🏻
