location in residential area may be a bit complicated but still okay, service should be improved again because there are some misses, toiletries are not enough, tissue is not enough and also trash can is only provided small in the bathroom. comfort of the room is okay cleanliness is enough maybe should be checked again because at night there are geckos. food is good. Thank you

The room was terribly dirty and staff couldnt really speak english. I was fortune to have a person with me who spoke the local language to assist but even then it didnt really help. dust everywhere. stains on bedding. cups were dirty. the only time they will makeup room is when you leave not during. we were short of 1 towel. the showerheads are broken. water goes everywhere. breakfast was only at 7am and couldnt get it later. water was also turned off. not a good space for a westerner to visit in my opinion.

Good service, it's really fun to bring the kids to stay here even though it's only for 1 night because we got a discount ☺️ The only downside is that it's not very clean around the pool, especially the pantry area where there's a sofa, the bathroom is also not very clean. For that price, getting a private pool is already very cheap, but unfortunately the cleanliness can be improved. Then the Netflix facility, in the rules announcement it says it includes Netflix access but when I tried it I had to log in using a personal account. Overall it's okay.
