The problem not with Hotel its with Travaloka I arrived there can't find My Booking. You book Via Partner who never did it right with Hotel have to stay hours argument and call to Indonesia till get it solved this happened with me twice

Alhamdulillah, I got a room with a good view, the only downside was that the check-in process took a long time, I only got the key after Isha prayers at 2 pm, but because I could postpone the check-out, I wasn't too disappointed, thanks, I hope they can provide better service.
