The location is strategic & the view is beautiful.

Check-in was very easy, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The unit we rented was on the 6th floor, spacious and suitable for three people, clean and well-maintained. The amenities provided were easy to use, and the Wi-Fi connection was very smooth and reliable. The unit overlooked the ocean and Singapore, offering a stunning view. We highly recommend this unit, as it was very well-appointed, and we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.

I'm from Indonesia. Are&f seine Region by Anju is the best choice to stay during exploring JB, everything is very easy, and cleanliness is indeed a champion, affordable price, you all must try guys 🥰

it is hard to get the check in instructions. the host gave so many phone numbers but at the end of the day, only one that is contactable and response to my enquiry. i have to text all those numbers and pray at least someone answer. after contacting the numbers through whatsapp, the staff will add you into a whatsapp group. the unit itself was very beautiful. however, the instructions were unclear. the parking was very hard to find. even the entrance to the block was very confusing. luckily there's a security guard that's willing to help me to locate the entrance. there was not much amenities given in the room. only shower gel & hand soap. no coffee, no tea. even the netflix cannot be used. i hope the host will improve their services after numerous complaints given.

The apartment staff is very friendly, fast response and very helpful. To check in at the check in time, to check out, fast check out, no need deposit. The apartment is according to the picture, Nice apartment with beautiful views. Suitable for staycation, kids love swimming in the swim pool. The new apartment is spacious and clean. Large bedroom, cold air conditioning, clean bathroom. There is a washing machine for washing clothes. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, stove, microwave. Everything is very good with an affordable price. We will stay here if we return to JB.
