Hotel is nice but isolated in industrial n business area not much

Best option if you want to stay near the airport and have easy access to the city and airport by MRT. Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, great pool.

Very good location. 1 stop from Changi Airport and next door is the City Center Mall. So many options for food and shopping. Room is very spacious and well-cleaned. Staff are also nice.

Not happy, had to wait for almost 1 hour to check in and the receptionist was not very nice. We had a really late flight and early flight the next morning.

Room is clean except the decorative pillows which are unnecessary and unhygienic.

This room so spacious, so close to changi airport and near expo MRT station. The most important thing is they got bidet for the toilet, very recommended

Location was really close to airport since I only went to singapore for a really quick trip.

Location and the hotel is nice. Just next to Changi Point Mall. Pity that they did not pay attention to bathroom cleanliness, and its services are poor. We checked in at 4pm, but room has not yet ready. Front desk said need 20 mins to be cleaned. We waited in lobby although super tired after 24 hours flight. Room was cozy and looks nice. But the bathroom did not cleaned well. Stain on the toilet organizer and there is a disgusting brush was left behind. The soap dispenser holder quite disgusting, and the vanity mirror was so dusty as they did not clean for long time. And staffs in the concierge were not so helpful by asking too many questions when am asking for just cotton buds. Just wondering why the hotel apps for housekeeping did not include the vanity kits, instead ask me to go to front desk to request for it?

The hotel room was so big, close from airport I use grab at 01.00 Am cost me 22 $, an when I come back to airport at 11.00AM its cost me 12 $.

Awesome place. Just 90 m from the mall. The room is clean and cozy but at 1st night at 11pm all light at the room was on without anyone press the button.

Good hotel, unfortunately does not provide accommodation to the airport.

Great place to stay. Favorite part is the kitchen where stove, utensils and plates are provided.
