We take notes of your comments regarding the mistaken of check in room procedures. But we are so sorry first, we didn’t found the historical of stay period before. While we reevaluate the facility and staffing for committed to providing the best service to each of our guests with our standard of procedures. Regarding your early check in requested, In accordance with standard operating procedures, check in time as always starts from 14.00. Despite that, we understand and consistently strive to accommodate all guest needs as possible, including early check-in requests, subject to our availability during the respective (after 10 PM).
