There are some receptionists who are not very friendly. There really is no smile even though I stayed here for quite a long time, but with receptionists like that, I ended up leaving the room through the receptionist.

Suggestion, take the room on the left, because if it's on the right it's still a bit noisy, because there's construction going on, overall it's still recommended.

I was annoyed because I went to the wrong botanic (I should have gone to Belatuk but I went to Camar) but when I arrived at Belatuk Botanic all my tiredness was paid off! The check-in process was fast and not complicated as long as you have cash ready for the deposit. The room smells great, the bed and blanket smell good, the toilet is clean, good, complete and comfortable. Free coffee and tea on every floor, and of course it's not noisy. It's perfect if you want to have some me time here. The only downside is that the wifi often cuts out suddenly, the rest is really good.

The hotel is very comfortable, the facilities are complete and the service is friendly ❤ recommended for those looking for accommodation in the city center with a low budget.
