Nice hotel, room is very updated. Will use this hotel again

The front desk was very friendly and door men was nice helping us with luggage. The first check in room AC was not very strong so we requested to change the room with no problem and very fast. I love the swimming pool and Japanese hot springs hot tub. We will come back again and recommend my friend to stay here. Everything so clean and comfortable. Love it so much ! I enjoy my stay

The hotel was quite new and modern. Due to flight delays, I arrived two days later than planned. I had called ahead to ask the hotel to hold my reservation, which they kindly agreed to do. However, I was still charged for the two nights I didn’t stay. Interestingly, had I canceled and rebooked, I would have only incurred a one-night penalty—less than what I ended up paying. While I understand that each hotel has its own policies and this may not be unusual, I was a bit surprised there was no effort to accommodate the situation—such as charging just one extra night or waiving part of the fee, considering the delay was due to circumstances beyond my control. What really caught me off guard, though, was that after being charged for the additional nights, I was still told to "wait a while" for my room to be ready upon arrival. After waiting for about five minutes with no update or visible progress, I followed up with the staff. At that point, I was eventually given a room on a different floor, which had apparently been ready all along.

Excellent service and really appreciate the

top notch facility, really impressive Nikko quality. Interior lighting and decoration very modern and comfortable, however downlight a bit too bright.. Some staff hospitality still not up to the brand expectation, hope it improves over time. bath and sauna, swimming pool etc also enjoyable for family use.

Only 4 months old. Modern Japanese style decor with impeccable service. I booked to stay at one of the Club rooms with the access of the club service where offers breakfast, tea time and happy hours with both cold and hot food and beverages. Highly recommended 👍

The condition & facilities of the room are perfect. It is just not too closed to all sorts of public transportations that required 7-10 minutes walk. Also dining options near by are relatively few.

Staff service is excellent. The room is comfy and everything is above standard

We checked 2:30pm, and informed that our room is not ready. We went sightseeing and back to 4:15pm but room is not ready. The front desk asked us to wait longer but I refused and asked to give us whatever is available. The front desk called someone and we got a room at Club level, but not clubs lounge access. Otherwise it’s a brand new hotel and facilities are new.

Very clean , new and comfortable and reasonable price . Food is nice too , a bit far from train station .
