Everything was good. Brilliant being able to book in online. Amazed about the electronic key the use of my mobile to open the door. What an amazing idea that I have never used before. Cleaned room, bed made which we did not expect. Booking out online if we wanted too. Superb.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, and the location is ideal, just a short walk from the train station and nearby restaurants.

Clean room good for one night stay

We loved everything about it. The building was very impressive. Service was amazing. They made us a breakfast to go because we had to leave early. Wow!! We will be back for sure. Thanks so much for everything. Paul and Anita VanAdricehm/Canada

The bed was comfy, however it was too single under mattresses together with a thin double mattress over the top. But it was a really comfortable stay.

Location

A great converted church with a novel use of space! The room was very comfortable with Air Con that works! The restaurant was so delicious and the food presented really well. There was enough car parking for about 20 cars at a pinch. The main drag for bars and restaurants is an easy 10 minute walk too.

Beautiful hotel in an old church great location. Lovely rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Delicious breakfast and restaurant for lunch dinner and outdoor seating . Would highly recommend!

Great property, walkable distance from several activities. In house restaurant, great for breakfast and dinner. Comfort room is somewhat small and room was a bit noisy. Overall recommended would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Valkenburg for the sole purpose of visiting the Velvet Cave Christmas Market. This hotel was within walking distance of the cave, parade, and countless restaurants. We really enjoyed our overnight stay.

There was a contruction work Next to the hotel and we got the room exactly Next to it. Really dissapointing

De positieve punten heb ik in een andere review gezet. Maar er zijn zeker ook negatieve punten. - er is geen receptie, (onpersoonlijk) check in gaat digitaal en dat werkt niet. Sleutels werken niet zodat je beneden naar het restaurant moet om een qr code te vragen. Daarna werkte het nog niet en dus een fysieke sleutel gekregen. - lichte rioollucht in de badkamer. - ramen kunnen niet open. - geen parkeerplaatsen en in het weekend staan alle andere parkeerplaatsen ook vol.

Wat een prachtig hotel op loopafstand van het centrum van Valkenburg. Ruime kamers, heerlijke bedden. Koffie en thee op de kamer en doucheproducten.

Arrogant bemötande vid ankomsten, besvärade för att den en nya given med on line inchecking inte fungerade, snäsiga och ohjälpsamma, fick en fysisk nyckel till slut, rummet motsvarade inte priset, trappa till sovrummet, undermålig och trist möblering och det var s.k lyxrum. Vi har bott där vid flera tillfällen tidigare med bra bemötande och prisvärda rum, men den här gången var det under all kritik.
