The room was clean and tidy, with a good water heater, bottled water, and Netflix. For the price of around 300, it's quite complete. Strategically located in the city, close to everything. Food is also good. Near the mosque and padel court.

Only meet the reception when check in and check out. The hotel is very noisy at night, guests are gathered in front of rooms, talk loud and laugh.

It's a great place to stay with family or friends.

Aesthetically, this seems like a semi-premium version of a boarding house. The downside is there's no elevator.

My expectation for the balcony suite room was bigger, but it turned out to be standard, no amenities provided in the room, so I had to ask the receptionist first, the toilet was still dirty, and a little smelly, the towels were very small like the size of a cloth, the sofa leather in the room had some torn parts, the sofa cushions smelled sour, the sheets were a bit dirty as if they were rarely changed, the door smart lock battery was dead, it should have been replaced before any guests stayed, the plus point was the staff there were friendly, the rest probably needed a lot of improvement, because for that price.

I stayed here because Jakarta was so congested that I had to stay overnight, but overall this hotel is also okay, cheap, neat, and the staff are also nice.
