Room had mold and due to allergies exasperated by the mold could not stay more than 1 night which had to be spent on the balcony. Contacted hotel who denied any mold, so replied with pictures of damp in room along with other issues to try and get refund of unused nights. Hotel did not respond further despite 3 weeks of trying to contact and will not answer phone.

First of all, no staff during check in. Need to use the automachine but my booking also not recognized. Second, the reservation mention it was already paid by gift card but the owner of the hotel just don't accpet this kind of payment from Hotels.com and need to pay all the fee to finish the check-in for booking. Some facility in the room was broken and not fixed. The wall has al hole and also some hole on the roof in the bath room. Very bed experience in this B&B hotel compare to other B&B hotels in other places as in Nice and others.

I booked and paid a room for 3 nights as I have a car to travel around Nice area. I specifically messaged them that I would come in a little late because the time of my flight. I came in around 10 PM. There was no one at the front desk. The hotel had a machine for you to check-in. That was fine. I typed in my reservation and it showed up. That was fine. But it asked me for my credit card and charged it for the 3 night-stay. It was late so I thought that I didn't pay with Expedia, just a reservation. I only found out that I already paid with Expedia and the hotel double charged me when I checked in to the same type of hotel in a different city and the check-in procedure was different. This annoyed me so much. I had to chat with an Expedia agent and explained everything to them. They couldn't contact the hotel either. The agent promised me to contact me back about the double charging. However, I would to review that this was a problem on the hotel side about their check-in procedure that 1) looked confusing, 2) unhelpful and unwelcoming, 3) caused troubles than assisting, and 4) if you needed some help, a machine would not serve as a human replacement. In addition, the whole 3 nights I stayed there, the housekeeper would come and knock on your door around 10 to 11 everyday. I am a late riser and I didn't appreciate this kind of treatment at all.

Property was way away from the city NICE. Staff are extremely unfriendly and not available even during their working hours. Staff doesn’t speak English apart from 1 individual who seems to be a manager No transport available after 10 to the hotel UBER,BOLT charge high prices

We had difficulty getting in when we arrived after reception had closed. The confirmation number that had been generated for us was apparently wrong so we spoke to a B&B hotels agent via an intercom system, but when the number they gave us didn’t work at first they became rude and told us “it isn’t difficult.” When in fact the mistake was not ours. Very rude staff. When we did get into the room the air conditioning was not functioning so our night was incredibly uncomfortable in the extreme heat, which never eased. The room was dirty and dusty. There were slashes and holes in the blackout curtains which let large streams of light in, in the morning. Worst b&b hotel stay we have ever had, which is a huge shame when we have stayed at many over the years and have never had this much trouble. Really disappointed and would not recommend.

Struttura complessivamente nella media. Ma servizi inefficienti: l'aria condizionata al secondo giorno ha smesso di funzionare. Il personale ha ovviamente limitato le interlocuzioni alla sola lingua francese. Dopo varie insistenze (insistenza vere!) Il responsabile ha provato a porre rimedio ma nulla da fare... soggiornare per due giorni senza aria condizionata ed un caldo terribile è inaccettabile!

Hotel au calme.Accueil parfait. Attention à Hotels.com qui s'est permis de facturer avant notre arrivée alors que nous avions choisi "paiement sur place". Le gérant a du annuler la réservation et en créé une autre dans la foulée. Le remboursement a été fait en deux jours. Le petit-déjeuner est tres bon et varié. Le seul petit bémol est qu'il faudrait régler les grooms des portes des chambres car elles claquent quand quelqu'un ne fait pas attention et lâche la porte. Sinon, tout a ete parfait.

Accueil très sympathique de Fred le patron à la femme de ménage , très surprise pour un 2 étoile comme quoi les sudistes ont le soleil dans le coeur !! Hotel not par with other units from the same chain. Too dirty, bathroom was specially nasty. This unit looks like an old ibis that was not updated, and only some fresh paint was applied to give it some facelift. Toilet fixtures broken, shower tubing rusty, shower floor terrible.
