Very good location in walking distance from Busto Arsizio Nord station (about 10 minutes max). We stayed in the twin room which was spotless and even had a mini fridge to our surprise which was even stocked up with 2 water bottles inside (happy days). The room felt spacious and everything was working just fine. The bathroom was also clean and well stocked. The staff were super welcoming and friendly anytime we saw them. We had breakfast here and it was really nice with a good selection of things. We in particularly really loved the pancakes and scrambled eggs which was cooked just right and with maple syrup was match made in heaven (would have loved to just pack this and take back home with us). 10/10 we highly recommend this place to anyone looking to book a place in the Busto Arsizio area.

There were both positives and negatives during our stay at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel was extremely clean, the staff members were friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated the secure free parking available in the basement. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience. The biggest problem was the air conditioning. We stayed for three nights and booked four rooms for our family, and every room had the same issue — the AC did not cool properly at all. On top of that, the cooling system would automatically shut off every night, leaving only the fan running. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told that this was normal and could not be changed. Another disappointment was the breakfast. It was not included with the stay and cost around 13–15 euros per person, which did not feel worth the price. We only tried it once during our visit. Although the hotel seemed fairly new and very well maintained, I was not a fan of the location. There was very little within walking distance, such as cafés or restaurants, and the area did not feel particularly safe to walk around after sunset. One more inconvenience that stood out was the ironing policy. Instead of bringing an iron to the room upon request, guests are required to go to a hallway on the first floor to iron their clothes, which felt unusual and inconvenient. Overall, despite the issues I would still consider it if all the issues are fixed.

Free secured undergrad parking. Great grass routes close by and also close to the train station if you want to go into Milan.

Room is nice. I’m vegan and they are making some porridge for me with soy milk which is very nice of them. Front desk staff has been fun and actually have a sense of humor.

The hotel was clean and quiet. 45 minutes from Milano and 1:10 from Lake Como. Beds were on the firm side which husband loves and I don’t. lol. AC was extremely lacking:0( Way too hot each night we stayed. Breakfast downstairs was cold:0( Waiter at the downstairs dinner rushed us through our meal like he had somewhere else to be when it was early. Staff at front desk were extremely helpful with anything we asked about:0)

Nice clean facility in quaint town. Train station 7 minute walk half hour train ride to downtown Milan. Pietro in restaurant super nice and friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel but if you come in Italy to vizit Milano is not good option.In the end you will spend more maney then to pay hotel in Milano.This small city is 45 min faraway from Milano centrale with train plus 10-15 min walking from hotel to station.We spent every day two hours for traveling back and forth and plus 220 euros for taxi per day because trains workers had strike.
