We enjoyed our stay and had no problems. We have been here before and enjoyed the hotel.

Great shopping and prices at the Tanger outlets. Food was excellent however our first attempt at a restaurant was closed. We ended up eating elsewhere, but it was delicious.

We got to the check in desk and were told they were giving us a room with two queen beds instead of the king we thought we were getting, when we asked they told us we only bought “the privilege to a room not the actual room” Well the room was disgusting, dingy stained carpet, dust everywhere, and there was a light in the wardrobe that shined into the room that we couldn’t turn off and kept me awake all night, needles to say we won’t be returning to this place and will think twice before making a hotel reservation via Expedia

The location to shopping, casino, and restaurants was great. Pool was clean and quiet. The beds however could use some upgrading.

We had fun—but mostly because we’re glass-half-full people who find joy in the chaos. The hotel is huge, like "I-lost-my-spouse-somewhere-between-the-lobby-and-the-elevators" huge. It’s definitely showing its age (think: ‘90s glam meets “we tried updating a lamp or two”), but for one night, it did the trick. The casino energy is real—kind of like Vegas’s more chill Jersey cousin. Tons of restaurants and bars kept us entertained. Our son had a blast racing at the Kart track (solid 5 stars there), and our daughter did some mall browsing. Limited stores, but just enough for an hour of poking around and pretending we needed another hoodie. Highlight: Dinner at Morimoto. BEST RIBS ON PLANET EARTH. Lowlight: $65 eggs that tasted like regret. Definitely get breakfast off-site. We had two connecting rooms. One was fine. The other? A smoky time capsule that may have last aired out in 2003. Bathrooms needed a deep clean, and while we appreciate the effort to modernize, two trendy lamps don’t fix everything. Would we go back? Maybe—with nose plugs, ribs on our mind, and breakfast plans elsewhere.

Hotel location was great, room was spacious. Requested room cleaning and never got it, had to call for clean towels and only got two when we had 4 people. Service could have been better. Beware of added taxes and fees. We paid an additional $150 in taxes and fees that was not stated in the hotels.com app which we weren't expecting.

Gorgeous property and rooms. This place truly feels luxurious, down to the very carpets. Our room was comfortable and made me want to come back for a longer stay so I could take advantage of that nice deep bathtub. Even the casinos themselves felt classy and not messy and sticky like some do. My only real critique was that the signage was really confusing in a lot of areas, so we got pretty turned around trying to get from our car to the lobby and then from the lobby to our room. Otherwise a genuinely delightful stay.

Admittedly we stayed in a smoking room so we expected cigarette odor but it was almost intolerable. I think conditions could be improved by adding a smoke eater and regular use of an odor eliminate spray. The room had no USB ports and our keys had to be reset about 5 times.. For over 600 night we expected better.

Great room however... a room for 2 needs 2 similar chairs to sit in, other than that cosmetic upgrades or even a step in to the future and make them smart rooms.. housekeeping NEVER came after first night room was as we left it when we came back from concert. However the registration staff was exceptional!

Checkin was good. Room seemed a little dated. Shower would not drain. Disgusting showering in a foot of dirty water.

It felt like we were staying in a mall, with lots of shiny surfaces & flashing lights, zipping mobility scooters, and questionable food. Foxwoods is set in an expensive wooded property, but it felt like all the worst asp ects of the suburbs once we were inside. Our bedroom was large, but there wasn’t much furniture and the linens were cheap. Paying extra to stay i nonsmoking room was insulting, as was the resort fee.

1. The person who checked us in was not warm, did not smile, needs some courtesy tips. 2. We did not like paying an extra $100 even though we will get it back.3. The indoor pool needs to be open many more hours. 4. The valet service and the luggage people were excellent!!!5. More dinner options that appeal to the middle class people. Wahlburg's was great! 6. The lower roof needs to be cleaned up...does not look good at all! 7. We did not get our tickets which we paid for three weeks in advance from Stub Hub...we did not get to go to the show Beachboys..will never be back. May try Mohegan Sun possibly though.
