The room hvac was making a noise even when turned off. Notified hotel technician but wasn’t able to diagnose it

The quality and comfort of the room exceeded our expectations. The hotel staff is friendly. Although staff English speaking skill is limited, they were helpful showing dining options.

Nytt fräscht och välskött hotell med fina rum. Bra frukost med kaffemaskin. Gångavstånd till Wanda Plaza med affärer och restauranger.

入住的时候刚巧宜昌非常炎热，而房间是向城市景的。受太阳影响房间非常炎热空调感觉都不够力。建议最好面对湖景，一来风景漂亮，二来房间没有那么热。由于酒店新嘅营业所有的东西都非常之新，希望以后在保养上面跟得上。
