Good location and friendly staff

Close to city centre, yet away from the cloud

A very clean and comfortable hotel, and it’s convenient to go anywhere from there.

Great experience from the time you walk in. Beautiful lobby, the rooms are the size of a small apartment and even includes a washing machine. Bed was very comfortable and overall experience was just great.

My stay at Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu was great. The room/suite was excellent, the gym was good, the breakfast was good. The staff were very professional, courteous and friendly. I was checked in by Tina Zhang and I had talked to her on few other occasions with some of my questions. She was very professional, friendly and helpful and assisted me with my questions answered and provided me helpful recommendations. I wish the best for Tina Zhang. If I visit Chengdu again and the location permits for my activity then I will definitely stay in Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu and I will recommend it to others. My best wishes for Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu and its staff.

I stayed for around ten nights and found it to be fabulous. Large and comfortable room, very friendly staff, delicious breakfast buffet and restaurant meals very good also. Nice gym facilities and relaxation room with massage chairs too. Pool looked beautiful but I didn't get round to using it! The hotel is linked to a large shopping complex and is about ten minutes walk to a subway station. I'd definitely stay here again.

I am definitely staying here again if I'm in Chengu. This hotel is a hotel residence which means the room you get is similar to a condo unit. Our unit included a full kitchen with a fridge and enough kitchenware for you to cook a meal, a washer/ dryer for you to do your laundry which came in so handy because usually hotels charge you laundry fees per item; and had ample space. I loved the location of the hotel, it is within walking distance of the central shopping area. The staff were also so nice and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Chengdu. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in this price range.

Hotel is clean and bed is comfortable. Pool is nice and clean, there is safety guard sit by whenever any guest come to swim. Washing machine and dryer are useful, especially for family travel. At center of the city, walking distance to many places. Taxi is easy to call using Didi. Staff is nice and helpful. So many street food, anywhere, and all of them are delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that they don't provide cool air con in winter and room can be very hot. Although the window can be open couple of inches and it does help to cool down a bit.

This is a perfect location central to all of Chegdu, and easy waking to the people's park, Tianfu square and the pedestrian streets. Hotel staff excellent, room was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this hotel

The location is central to several shopping areas and restaurants. The staff is superb! I recommend it if staying in Chengdu.

Central location in yanlord district of Chengdu. Near many landmarks. Close access to cafes and shops. Perfect daily cleanness. Ideal residence style hotel. Excellent staff service.

Overall happy with my stay - had fruits in the room which I appreciated. Convenient area with shopping and food options. Only negative thing for me personally is the washer/dryer in the room. Old machine that didn’t work well.
