Our room had a funny smell to it.

It is not a five-star hotel; it is an old property. The breakfast experience is not good, felt being watched despite no many people there, they gave out the paper plates one at a time compared with other properties, you can take as many as you want.

Location, clean, and very convenient shopping, variety of food round the area!

Good location

The hotel is quite outdated with several issues. Ice machine on my floor did not work. Several broken light fixtures in areas. Water pressure was poor and can barely flush toilet, and no air vent in bathroom. Bath towels were very old that should have been replaced.

The staff is always very friendly

The hotel was nice the staff were pleasant but it is located in a not so nice part of town with signs all over saying the hotel is not responsible for any items stolen. It gave me a bit of anxiety about parking my truck over night. The next morning there was no hot water for my shower Bbrrrr! Nothing like a cold shower first thing in the morning to get you blood pumping.

I recently stayed at ACP Hotel with my mother who was visiting me from out of state for a week. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me and my mother feel right at home. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities we could ask for; with housekeeping on request. The location was perfect – close to great restaurants and attractions, yet still a peaceful retreat. We looked forward to the breakfast buffet every morning, it was delicious full hot breakfast with fresh fruit always available. The amenities were exceptional – the pool very refreshing and hot tub area was pristine and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring , and the fitness center was well-equipped to get that work out in. The laundry room was convenient and kept very clean, making extended stays a breeze. Although we didn’t use them, the spacious conference rooms looked ideal for hosting events or meetings. The business center was well-appointed and easily accessible. Even the elevators stood out – they always smelled amazing, like a refreshing, luxurious perfume. ACP Hotel truly thought of everything to make guests feel pampered and at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction is what truly sets ACP Hotel apart. I can’t wait to return and I highly recommend ACP Hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

Good experiences

Excellent service and very quiet hotel.

Overall 5*. Customer services was pure. Friendly and would make short conversation which is a plus to make you feel welcomed. We had the king size bed with separate room for relaxing which is always a plus!

Proximity to shopping and dining

Good

The property was worn down and unkept from the outside. The pool area was run down and unkept. The pool was dirty and I am certain they used laundry bleach due to the strong smell. My travel partner thought I was over reacting however after 15 mins standing the the hot tub, everyone skin and eyes were burning and itching. We couldn’t shower fast enough. At breakfast time, they were extremely rude to my son and under the assumption that he was older than he is, they refused him breakfast. If you wanted dinner from the onsite restaurant, it had to be ordered by 1pm. Overall, it gave motel 6 quality of rooms, location and service but with hot breakfast. Not worth the price.
