Stayed here for 4 days because Fornas & the hotel is closest to the Sports Hall, in the Poltekpar campus area. The location is near the airport, using Indrive for only 80,000, when arriving the check-in process is fast and easy. A deposit of 50,000 is requested which is returned upon check-out. Complete room facilities, mini fridge, mini bar, there is also a bathtub. Clean & hot water. There is a fairly spacious balcony with a very beautiful view of Mount Rinjani at sunrise. There is a free bicycle & mini car service around the Poltekpar area. Room service at the restaurant can be ordered by WA for lunch & dinner, which is very helpful because it is far from eating places/restaurants. The menu is also interesting & the price is cheap. My son really likes the burger package, all the delicious menus are ordered every day. It's just a shame it takes a while & the delivery is sent back and forth because of miscommunication. There is a swimming pool but we didn't have time to try it. Breakfast is on the 6th floor, but on weekends it's in the pool area on the 1st floor. It's quite delicious, there's soup, rice, fried rice, fried noodles, chicken dishes, stir-fried tofu, vegetables, chili sauce, crackers, cut fruit, orange juice, water, coffee, tea. The first day I slept, I was itchy from being bitten by a tomcat on my bed, the next day I asked for it to be cleaned and it was immediately cleaned, but there were indeed a lot of tomcats entering the room because there are many gardens in the surrounding area. Finally, I bought insect repellent at Alfamart which is a bit far away, so I could sleep comfortably. The cassava chips sold in the hotel lobby are very delicious. The staff are friendly.

Breakfast lacked variety; the food was the same for three days. There was only one side dish, always chicken. There were only two types of pastry bread, and that continued. On the third day, it changed to garlic bread, but no soup! The toilet smelled, apparently there was a drainage problem. The hotel hallway on the 4th floor was always dark in the morning, afternoon, and evening, with the lights never turning on. It felt spooky. There were no phones in the rooms, so we only used WhatsApp chat. So, it was a bit complicated to contact housekeeping. Hopefully, there will be more changes for the better in the future.

One of the best hotels I've ever visited, friendly staff, safe parking, wifi & smart TV in the room....

Clean and comfortable hotel, complete amenities, refrigerator, water heater maker, water dispenser ok .. the staff are friendly and responsive, although there is no telephone in the room but there is a QR WA receptionist who is on standby. dinner can order grabfood, for the swimming pool and restaurant on the 6th floor have not been tried because they are being cleaned the children are comfortable and happy. in the morning you can cycle in the spacious NTB Poltekpar complex. if you staycation to Central Lombok will come here again.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, helping to carry things during check in and check out, coincidentally when I arrived at the hotel I had a headache, the hotel staff helped me find medicine, the check in and check out process was very fast. Continued success
