Beautiful

The Property was wonderful and we received our check in information in a text which made it super easy. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Great place and would highly recommend it.

Amazing setting and easy access to Newport even without a car. Lovely stay.

The property is beautiful. The house is very pretty but could use a little work and a deep cleaning. Screens in the windows were hard to access and the window sills were quite dirty. We needed two extra towels but our first request went unanswered. When we had trouble getting in after dinner I asked again for extra towels. I was then told there might be a couple in the hall closet. Luckily, there were. The shower was quite difficult since there was very little water pressure. The morning after we stayed overnight we got a notice telling us this was no longer a bed and breakfast but a short term rental property, making the change in 2023. We had a nice stay but not great.

Affordable, convenient, and safe way to stay in a historic home in Newport and still be near the mansions and water.

This is my second time at the Hamilton Hoppin House and I love it!! Will be back soon.

Overall, it was a great stay. A few small fixes could have made it excellent. 1) limited linen in the bathroom and NOTHING for the tile floor outside the shower 2) no trash can in the main room, only small can in bathroom 3) one of the wall sconce lights did not work. Only stayed overnight but I would come back.

Beautiful property and great place to stay.

The mansion was lovely! Its entire energy was quite relaxing and cozy, as well as being convenient with all of the shopping and eating options within a close radius. It really felt like we had stepped back into history with the fantastic upkeep of the property. I would definitely stay here again!

We received the email with codes to self check in. The building was beautiful. Pros- great price, great location, very clean room, spacious room, nice sitting area Cons- curdled creamers, heat wouldnt come on, door wouldnt stay closed unless locked Over all we enjoyed out stay and would recommend this place.

Loved the privacy. Felt like we had the Mansion all to ourselves very clean rooms, comfortable beds. Area was pretty close to everything. Will definitely stay here again

Amazing piece of property and very clean

No response when we called with a problem. Arrived after dark. Hard to see key pads. Boxes piled up in foyer. Bed sheets were dirty. Coffee maker had an old, used container. In the morning cleaning person only spoke Portuguese. Took two days to get a response from management. Received an email. Never got a phone call after leaving several messages. Place is for sale. Apparently they don't care.

Beautiful Custom Designer Home Excellent craftsmanship

The bed was so soft and perfect matching the the amazing Christmas decorations. Cant wait to stay again.
