Very basic hotel in the middle of nowhere

Location was nite the best. No restaurants in walking distance.

We stayed the night before getting Eurotunnel to the UK in the morning. The hotel is very basic, but the rooms are comfortable and spacious. If you are traveling with a dog a suggest requesting a room on the ground floor as they have direct access to the issued which is super convenient.

A fair hotel for a fair price. No thrills clean room. No English tv though.

Excellent value, modern economy hotel, with great staff who are willing to turn to anything to benefit guests. There is a restaurant that has an evening menu, but the reception failed to mention that it is closed on Friday, but Celine on Reception has many talents and rustled up nice meals for those guests reluctant to find a restaurant outside (of which there are very few around Douai which the exception of "a table" just round the corner. Location is on a business park out of town, so you are stuck if you don't have transport. Some tables and chairs outside would be nice for those sunny days.

Travelling across France end route to UK this was a perfect location for an overnight stop

3 night stay for Euro 2016. Quiet location out of town. Staff and service were very good. Good value evening meals available.

When we arrived, Celine was on the check in desk and was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the service. Once again, very friendly. The hotel is in a very quiet location, with ample free parking and is situated just a 5 minute drive from Douai. Real value for money.

Visiting family - good location, quality hotel & excellent service

Had to,move room. Upon opening window we discovered 100's of cigarettes butts had been dumped on canopy roof, first flloor. They moved us, however the TV was not operating. Could not face moving again. To reimburse us we had our breakfast on the house. Staff were most helpful and apologetic.

Je suis arrivé vers 18h le 7 juillet et j’ai été très bien accueilli. Souriant et blagueur le monsieur met tout en œuvre pour que ça se passe bien. Petit déjeuner impeccable.

Hôtel ibis prêt d un zoning commercial Possède un restaurant plats 15 eur . Chambres pas très grandes mais nous avons bien dormis.

La chambre était propre et ok pour juste dormir une nuit. Le lit était plutôt confortable mais le tout reste basique. Les oeufs et le café du petit-déjeuner n'étaient pas terribles. La clime marchait très bien et le personnel était gentil.

Repas et personnel bien mais propreté reste à désirer

Pas digne d'un hôtel IBIS sauf le petit déjeuner très correct . Nous sommes restés 2 nuits et pour la 2EME , pas de café remis dans la chambre , (oublié), aucune serviette de sortie de douche (oublié), cela ne doit pas mais peu arriver ok .Mais pour ce qui concerne la "réfection" du lit , un vrai foutage de G..... vite fait mal fait , juste la couette posée sur les oreillés et le drap froissés tels que nous les avions laissés le matin , c'est un manque de respect total pour les clients Lamentable .
