The hotel staff is very friendly, next time I look for a hotel I will come here again.

The location is quite good, close to the Jatimulya LRT and East Bekasi Station. Next to it are the CGV and BTC cinemas. The staff is friendly, check-in is fast, and the room is quite clean, with towels and toiletries provided. Unfortunately, my floor was a bit noisy due to renovations. For a one-night stay with business in the area, it's fine.

Spacious room, big bed, cold AC, good Wi-Fi, but the annoying thing is, the room next door is being renovated and it's very noisy. We were woken up by hammering sounds from 8 AM, which really disturbed our sleep quality. The hotel is located in the BTC complex, close to the mall and cinema in the same complex, just a short walk away. Overall, it's good, the only downside is the noise from the room being renovated.

There was no deposit required upon check-in, just an ID card. I was given a twin-bed room, but when I lay down, the mattress immediately collapsed. I asked the receptionist for a room change. They quickly responded and immediately switched me to the next room. Room amenities include two 600ml bottles of mineral water, tea and coffee, plus glasses and an electric kettle. Amenities include two towels, two toothbrushes and toothpaste, and shampoo and soap in bottles. There's a swimming pool behind the lobby, open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

The facilities are okay but the AC is not cold enough

I've been to Bekasi several times, and this is the only accommodation that's truly worth the price. Comfortable, spacious rooms, and safe facilities.

The place is close to CGV, clean, there is a vending machine in front of the lobby so it's convenient if you want to buy popmie without having to walk far to the front. The room is clean, cozy, the mattress, pillows, sheets, and blankets are comfortable.

Too much

So far everything is fine. The location is okay because it is in the ship terminal, you can also go to the cgv on foot because there is a cgv there too. Only the mattress is really hard, the body gets a bit sore. The pillow is also really hard. Oh, no toothbrush is provided, only soap and shampoo.
