Except for the buffet breakfast which we felt was quite bland, everything about the hotel was top notch

Amazing value for this beautiful hotel including all its amenities like the pool, rooftop bar/restaurant and free breakfast (which was the best I’ve had with so many great South Indian dishes. Staff were lovely. My particular room was a bit annoying with the clanking perhaps from the laundry room but overall I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again. It’s a bit of a drive into Mysore but autos are cheap if you don’t have a car. Very much recommend!

Generally all are excellent.

This is an almost brand new hotel. I stayed in a queen suite with separate living area. The room was spotless and I appreciated the full sized suite and AC. Great infinity pool on the top floor provides an unrivalled view of the railway and general industrial activity. The food was first class. 20 mins by Uber to Mysore Palace. Very efficient staff control transport. Hotel clesrly has a few staff training issues to address still but everyone tries really hard to please. Highly tecommended

Ibis never disappoint me where I am travelling around the world. Ibis Style Mysuru was a great experience from the mattress, linen and pillows excellent quality. The restaurant and the staff from the front desk to the kitchen were kind and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you Katia Doonan

Really like this hotel, from the security outside with their welcoming smiles and the staff inside couldn’t do more to make you feel welcome!

They have worst check-In and check-out process. The time they mentioned and they check-In is different. Long wait time to receive the room keys, we need to wait long time.

Friendly, committed staff who work hard. Customers need to be better - not let their kids run around in hallways and buffets. Walls are paper thin and makes it hard to sleep when kids run around screaming albeit playfully. Management may look into alternatives to carpets that trap odor. Air sprays and perfumes make it worse.

The stay per se was good and hotel delivered the amenities it advertised. However I had an issue. My reservation explicitly confirmed breakfast was included. However the hotel staff refused to accept and insisted that I had to pay for it. They blamed it on Expedia and refused to do anything about it.

Excellent option to stay in Mysore for proximity to various areas of interest.

Good hotel. Needs more improvement because ggo enough never is.

The check out experience was bad. We had to wait for 45 mins for the bell boy to take the luggage and unless i came down and told them 6 times it did not happen. The restaurant staff and service is very good. Food is good. Rooms are small. AC temperature can't be regulated and remains very cold through the night.

Everything is fantastic in this property. There are a few shortcomings at the edges but the hotel staff are quickly adapting. Great clean rooms, clean property, awesome breakfast. Will visit and highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ibis in Mysore. My room was very comfortable and they came through for me in a time of need. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I highly recommend it if you’re in the area.
