Nice staff

Staff was friendly and helpful when needed. No issues. It is your standard mid level hotel.

Great, new property with very friendly and helpful staff and a really good breakfast. Lots of decent dining options nearby. The hotel is also close to the city center, the interstate, and quite a few distilleries.

This property is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Also it’s very close to the interstate and restaurants are within walking distance. The pool was very clean and the exercise room well maintained.

The staff was very nice at checkin. That’s probably the most positive thing I can say about our stay. Breakfast was good but so crowded and hard to get around. Trays would also have been nice. But my biggest complaint is it was so loud! You are right by a main road with cars making so much noise. It was crazy loud all night. There was also no vent in the bathroom. The bed had scratchy linens.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. This a new property and my only request is to add another towel rack especially if you want people to reuse the towels.

Clean and easy access

Very spacious room in a brand new hotel. Great breakfast, convenient location. Only issue was how noisy it was - the walls/floors were so thin making it tough to get a good night's sleep.
