It's a great place to stay and highly recommended for a small group meeting with the best package of coffee break or lunch/dinner :)

The bathroom smells and you can't move rooms so it's disappointing.

The room is not soundproof, it's noisy if the next room is taking a shower. At 3:00 PM the room isn't ready, parking is tight

The hotel is nice...clean...the service is friendly...the only downside is the food is not very varied...

I forgot the FO's name, but I know he gave me my room earlier than check-in time after previously with the female FDA who was still informed to check in at 2. It was amazing. The room, location, food were all safe. Happy.

The hotel staff is friendly and provides maximum service.

It was busy when i checked in at 11 PM. The staff was overwhelmed with government staff guest. Parking lot is very limited. enerally it was a good hotel.

Everything is satisfying Alhamdulillah, the staff is friendly, the room is always clean, tidy every day and the most impressive is the facilities MaasyaAllah and the discount price. I booked a month in advance so I still got a room for 4 days 3 nights. I will recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you, I will come back

We booked 2 NON SMOKING rooms, upon checked in at 5pm-ish - one of the room given is A SMOKING ROOM when we entered the room, it was full with smoke and smell cigarette. I cant even breath there. After insisting (calls and even going down to the reception area) to get another room then only they switched it. We ordered mie goreng for dinner for both room, both gave the taste 6/10. The breakfast is standard - the taste is just standard.

Very good, and recommended for those looking for a place for a staycation.

First time staying at Swiss-Belexpress Yogyakarta and it was very pleasant. This is the best decision. Not only choosing a place to rest, getting service and cleanliness as well as a very satisfying interior makes an unforgettable experience. Will return to Swiss-Belexpress Yogyakarta and try all the facilities available such as breakfast and pool. Hopefully it will always be comfortable and continue to develop. Thank you very much for everything.

1. Do not choose the 9th floor because the on/off water pump on the roof top makes a very disturbing sound like a handyman hammering the wall. The thumping sound repeats continuously for 24 hours. It should be fixed, not left alone. Install rubber pipe joints and pump mountings.. it can really help reduce the thumping. or replace the inverter pump 👍 Hot/cold water is unstable because the water pump is ON/OFF. 2. Room 290.. when the water is turned on.. the duvet and pillow case linens are not replaced and are very dirty (photo attached) lots of hair/fur. Dirty and smelly. Suggestion: make sure housekeeping works according to Swissbel's SOP. Or because the occupancy is low.. saving cost? Reduced laundry? Repeated use? OMG. 3. The elevator smells bad. 4. The lobby smells bad. 5. It should be better. overall... it is not right for the chain operator to let this happen. 6. room 927... the smell from the floor drain enters the room... the smell of the sewer... please fix it. 7. thank you, housekeeping has replaced the linen with a new one. 8. thank you FO, for apologizing for the less than pleasant service. 9. food? we do not consume it. 10. for cleanliness. HOD... housekeeping must work harder... overall below standard versus brand hotel. hopefully this review can be considered wisely for the good of the hotel and the guests who stay. thank you.

The hotel is clean, close to everything. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly!
