Dirty, damp, and there was no water in the toilet. There was only water from the shower.

The receptionist was not friendly, the room did not match the picture.

My least experience was during booking accommodation. So far when I book a room, even if I arrive at the location at 2 am or at dawn, the room is ready and available. I booked at this accommodation and arrived at the location at 8 am and there were no more rooms and we were thrown around like riding a travel shooting being passed around. It makes sense that in my mind the room was sold again, while the price could go up.

The staff is quite friendly, and the rooms are clean.

The place is comfortable and easy to reach.

With a fairly affordable price, but quite good cleanliness, wifi, TV and AC work well, only sometimes the water is problematic and slow to fill.

the hotel said overbooking in kanajiwa 1, so moved to kanajiwa 2 with a very dirty room condition and many damaged. complained about cleanliness (dirty and lots of ants) only answered that it had been cleaned
