The potential is quite large, but it's a shame it's not managed professionally.

For bathing in the pool, it is limited to 2 people per room per day🤦‍♀️

1. No tissue available 2. The bathroom in room number 1 has a small amount of water and has to be collected so it is difficult to use the bathroom 2. The TV does not work, there is no signal 3. Wifi is not available 4. Tea, sugar and coffee are not available, only glasses and a water heater are available

The staff is friendly, for those who want to stay overnight, don't forget to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo.

Good service but maybe improve the cleanliness of the room, lots of dust and messy toilet, but the staff are nice. Friendly ❤‍🔥

Poor service, dirty room, untidy, room not properly tidied when guest check in. Entering the room is untidy. Unfriendly employees.

Food according to the price, breakfast is yellow rice and fried rice. For the room, the closet needs to be repaired, which is room number 4 and in rooms number 2 and 3 which my sister occupies, rainwater enters through the door and overflows, maybe if it doesn't rain it would be safe. The TV in room number 2 can't be opened, maybe it's far from the other wifi for good photo spots

Access to the pool must be paid for as it is not included in the accommodation.

When I stayed overnight, the rain spread to the rooms, the rooms were flooded, the door locks were broken, the lights went up and down, the lights went out and on, so I stayed in 3 rooms and still had to pay for a bath in the pool. 😪

order 3 rooms plan for weekend with family, but what got not happy but annoyed. even though from outside the view is good. but when entering the room the lights turn on and off more than 10 times even then must always report to the receptionist if the electricity is off. Evening, night, midnight morning the electricity is also off. there is a cafe but every time you order food the reason is not ready because there is a party etc. so ready in the morning.. order in the morning still the answer is not ready the room is not clean, the toilet is also not clean.. do not really recommend to come here again. before check out time my family and I had gone... do not really recommend to come here again. worst stay experience💔

I don't know if I was unlucky or what, I stayed overnight when someone was holding an event or something like karaoke & playing music from 7pm to 12am or even later, it was too disturbing!

When we stayed overnight the water in the swimming pool was dirty, then we had to pay to enter the pool even though we were guests staying overnight! There was no receptionist when we checked out. The view and other things were good. The mattress was also soft and clean

quite entertaining for the kids........

The view is nice, beautiful, cool, clean rooms, good service, friendly, but the facilities are still lacking because the wifi signal doesn't reach room 12, so the TV can't be used, and there are no toiletries (soap, etc.)
