The staff is friendly, the room is quite comfortable but there are a few things that need to be fixed, such as the mattress because the springs are a bit pressing on the body, but it's okay, overall it's good.

The location is very strategic at the Ciumbuleuit intersection. It's close to trendy eateries, so it's within walking distance. It's also 5 km to Tahura (National Park), so you can also take a morning run in the cool air. The room is quite comfortable, but unfortunately, it's not soundproof, so traffic noise can be clearly heard.

first time staycation at the W Avenue because I was always hanging around on the app next door and it turned out to be quite worth it, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the AC was cold, the water heater was working, and I requested a balcony with a view of the street, it turned out to be nice, not as noisy as people said, the price was 9/10 next time I go to Bandung, I will stay here again

I was amazed by the service, yesterday I checked in around 12 or 1 am, the guy in charge was very friendly, unfortunately I didn't see the nametag 🥹 The guy in charge this afternoon was also nice, the explanation about the room and its facilities during check-in was very clear, the check-out process didn't take long, it was really cool. The room itself was very comfortable, the sheets and all the linens were clean and fragrant, the AC and shower worked well, there was hot water, complete amenities, the TV was smart, the night view was quite good. Maybe a little suggestion for the bathroom door stopper is still not strong enough, actually it's not a problem for us but I'm afraid other guests will be disturbed. Overall very great for the price offered, highly recommended!

poor service, the room air conditioner is not functioning properly and is very hot (only wind and not cool). the mattress is not soft and very uncomfortable.

The room is comfortable, but the most disturbing thing is the noise of vehicles from the road. Maybe you can install a sound dampener or something in the room. The position of the TV is not aligned with the bed so it is not comfortable to watch

the place is very comfortable and clean, it's just a shame that I got the room at the front near the road so it was noisy, but overall it was cool, I got snacks and cute dolls.. I thought I wouldn't get breakfast but I got another surprise, 2 burgers were sent in the morning.. aahh thank you The W Avenue, keep up the good work. I will come back again with my family.

3-night stay experience: 1. The application room key turned out to be difficult to use and ended up moving rooms using a manual key, 2. The bathroom floor is slippery, with a bath mat that doesn't absorb water 3. The bathroom door is only half? if someone poops, the aroma can enter the room even though there is an exhaust and then close it really tight, it can break all the glass. Danger! 4. Clothes hangers are attached to the wall. 5. If there is an unpleasant aroma in the morning, it is quite disturbing. 6. The staff service is friendly 7. The motorbike parking is messy.
