I almost want to gatekeep this fantastic property. Such a special place. The rooms were fabulous, the breakfast was next level, and the location was everything. Will definitely be back!

Our check in was easy and friendly. Mo is fantastic. Our room was nice, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast starts at 7:30am wish it started earlier since most excursions in London start at 7:30-8:00am . They did make us an early breakfast for us that was ready at 6:30am pretty good just let them what you want, yogurt, fruits, croissants etc.

The 2 Chesham Hotel is a small boutique hotel in a very classy and quiet neighborhood. I booked this hotel on the app hotels.com. I am not sure why, but the front desk clerk informed us that we booked the economy room which was around the corner from the lobby. The room was very small, and we could hear all of the noise in the lobby. If you are going to stay here, do not stay on the first floor. Because the rooms are so small you might want to book a suite. The other issue I had was that there is no outlet for the dryer in the bathroom and there is no mirror outside of the bathroom, so it is difficult to blow dry your hair. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and felt it was a genuinely nice menu with options. I used to enjoy Hotels.com as an app because they had a great rewards program. If you book ten nights you get a free night. That program has been abolished and now you get a very small amount of credit when you book. There are two other things I want to say about the hotels.com app. You are consistently given the worst room in the establishment, due to reduced rates negotiated by hotels.com. In addition, if anything goes wrong, the hotel always says they cannot do anything about it because it was booked through a third party.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel has an impressive winding staircase and fantastic glass chandeliers. Our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The attention to efficient design was noteworthy. That said, the bathroom was tiny, though highly functional. The included breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The neighborhood, just off Sloane Sq. worked out well for us, convenient to the tube and buses. Our last night we had terrific fish and chips at the pub The Antelope just a block or two away.

We only used the room, cleanliness was good, room size good.

Great hotel, and great customer service amazing location. Can be a little bit of noise traffic but overall would certainly recommend this place. Breakfast is outstanding.

Wonderful secluded location; clean and upgraded rooms, though not throughly modernized, which is to be expected with an older building; breakfast was fantastic; standard room is very small with no seating area, just a bed and bedroom, so keep that in mind for couples travel.

Everyone was so polite and respectful and accommodating!! Fantastic location for shopping, food and transportation.

We stayed for one night, couldn’t fault the hotel at all. The room we stayed in was great, comfortable bed and nice bathroom with underfloor heating. Staff were extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Chelsea. Room even though the most basic, was to a high standard and was nicely decorated & maintained. Staff were friendly and professional Food for breakfast was good, and we had lunch in the hotel too. This was really nice - we sat in the mini garden which was like an oasis - food (salad) was good and reasonably priced. Value for money was excellent, especially given it was flower show week, hopefully we’ll be back same time next year.
