The room was stuffy, so it smelled, the walls were dirty.

Easy booking process. People at the front desk were really nice! The TV was a good addition where I was able to connect my Netflix to watch some movies with my friend. Aircon was good. But the room itself was not as depicted in the photo. There were cracks in the walls and constant mosquitos that we had to kill. No bedsheet and blanket cover. The blanket and mattress had yellow and brown stains. The room smelt like smoke or vape. Additionally, the floor was not really clean. There is no sink in the toilet either.

Ok, great and will stay at this hotel again later.

It's a shame I've been a regular customer since last year. Usually, the service and room facilities are always excellent. We were informed that the booked room was empty. It was so comfortable that I didn't want to move hotels. But today, the new hotel staff who received us on Saturday afternoon were very unfriendly and curt. The room we booked wasn't available. They didn't confirm it and didn't even say sorry. They asked for a room change because they couldn't because they had already showered. They asked for a reduction in the price according to the room we got, because they couldn't because they booked it from an app. It turned out the bathroom door was broken, the sheets looked dirty. Finally, the next morning when we checked out, we met the old staff who usually stays at our branch. They told us all their complaints and finally they apologized. If the staff had been like this from the start, it wouldn't have been like this.

The staff is friendly, the place is okay, clean, next time I go to Batam, I want to stay here.

The hotel staff is okay, but maybe because the homestay style is a bit noisy, overall the room is comfortable, but there is a lack of a hanger. In the room, the TV can be used for YouTube and Netflix, if you want to eat next door there is pecel lele, and the parking lot is lacking. I will go back to this 10-star clean hotel, btw if you want to stay here, bring your toiletries, because there is no toothbrush provided.

The staff has a very bad attitude

The hotel staff is friendly but still not well prepared. There are no bathroom mats, the bathroom walls are leaking, and the hotel lobby is not very clean.

The room is comfortable, clean, odorless, spacious and comfortable. This hotel is relatively new, the downside is that only 1 towel is given and there is no bathroom mat, no clothes hanger for deluxe, no wardrobe and mirror but, it is worth it to stay at an affordable price.

Recommended hotel on the side of the highway, the hotel is new, clean and there are no unpleasant smells, the only downside is that there is no mirror in the room.

The hotel is still very new, because when we entered it was still under renovation. It seems like we were the first customers. For the promo price, the facilities are very good. The location is in the city center, easy to find food. Overall it's okay, keep improving your efforts 😁
