The receptionist was not friendly, there was an electric kettle, but there was no plug, only the kettle was there, we asked the receptionist and they said there wasn't one, the AC wasn't cold.

The room given was not suitable, the bathroom could not be locked, the AC was not working, after complaining, they replaced it with a decent room but the AC was not cold, the elevator was broken... Please improve the service like before..

The reception was a bit difficult because we checked in via the app, unlike checking in directly. The lobby was very hot, the AC wouldn't work, and the elevator wasn't repaired. Every time we wanted to go out, we had to use the stairs. The shower faucet didn't work properly. The good thing about this hotel is that it's located on a main road, making it easy to get around.

Quite strategic location, good service, calm atmosphere.

The lights in the room are a bit dim. The bathroom does not provide shampoo & body wash. The facilities are lacking, and there is often no one guarding the front desk.

The second night was moved to another Grand Arabia hotel.

Only the location is in the middle of the city. Many facilities are useless, for example the TV can't turn on and the AC is not cold. Next time it will be fixed. Good service
