My wife and I stayed here for a week celebrating our birthdays. We upgraded to the honeymoon sweet, which had a bathtub smack dab in the middle of the room in front of the windows overlooking the front of the hotel. At first I thought that a little bit odd, but it was surprisingly convenient and kind of fun. We kept the curtains closed.
Otherwise the room was comfortable, spacious, and well supplied with all of the necessary accoutrements.
I must give a shout out to the hotel staff. It was as if one of the upper ups told them, "You know that couple in room 1208? Make sure they have a really great time." The staff tended to our every need in a pleasant, efficient, and generous fashion. When we left I felt like we were saying goodbye to old friends.
The location also served well, just a short walk to the beach and taxi stand, should one be needed. There were piles of local pubs, restaurants, and other services.
The hotel spa was a highlight, where they pampered me with a Turkish bath and massage. More than once. Heavenly. Definitely take advantage of it while there.
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was enough to keep me satisfied all day, and the restaurant offered a creative and delicious dinner menu.
Finally, the pool was modern, convenient, and comfortable for all day lounging if so desired.
As you can tell, we loved staying here. I travel a lot, and count the Four Hills a fabulous discovery to be kept in the rolodex for future use.
