Yes, the food is far from Grand Hyatt. Totally beyond the expectation of food in this hotel. Disappointed.

Everything was good, check-in was smooth, handled by Mas Reza and his friend (I forgot his name), but thanks a lot. Also got a compliment cake by Keraton, was amazing! The room is so big, especially the bathroom is my favorite part. Maybe they only need to fix the telephone, it didn't work, [add] YouTube maybe or Netflix so we have more things to do. The restaurant was ok, but the service at the restaurant [was] not that good, especially the ladies.

After a long time not staying here again because during the pandemic, this hotel was not operating, finally Keraton @ the Plaza reopening/rebranding and I stayed during its soft opening. As usual, the service at this hotel is extraordinary, no doubt. The service is even different from other 5-star hotels. A hotel with a modern concept room with a typical "palace" atmosphere of Yogyakarta that is eye-catching. What I like the most is the design of the room itself, modern and aesthetic, making me and my family want to come back here. Highly recommended hotel.
