Had a lovely stay.

Excellent check in with friendly staff. The rooms are very nice and clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent and comfortable stay.

We have been fortunate to travel Internationally for the last 25 years and have never experienced such a rude person at a dront desk!

clean; great service; good location on tram line; very well laid out

The hotel is not beautiful from the outside, but it faces the lake and the walk into the city through the park is lovely. We didn't go into the nearby zoo but the animal noises could be heard in the morning! The parking is free in the large public carpark, which is right by the hotel as is the tram stop. The receptionists were welcoming as were the waiters at breakfast. The carpet in the hallway on the second floor was stained and the strip lighting on the walls is hideous, but the room itself was very comfortable and clean. The glass door to the bathroom is mildly off-putting but this seems quite common in Germany. The breakfast was really good value, some delicious homemade smoothies, lots of choice of meats, fish, cheese etc. Quite a feast. Sadly we never got round to visiting the sauna, but we dd enjoy the complementary drinks in the minbar, which is a nice touch. There were families with young children staying and I think it would be a great place for them, as there is so much open space nearby.

Very comfortable, well thought out hotel. Located a little out of the centre but has an excellent outdoor area. Located right next to a park, on the river and with direct tram access to the centre. Excellent staff.

Good location, easy 25 mins stroll to the Bootshaus restaurant, quiet rooms, good air-conditioning, free parking, no mosquitos despite the lake - perfect for the stay.

Sehr nettes Pesonal, super Hotel und sehr familienfreundlich

Albergo bello ma materassi e letti scomodissimi non ho dormito quasi nulla. Peccato. Ristorante buono.

Ruhig aber zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sehr geräumiges Zimmer und Badezimmer. Kleines Dankeschön, wenn man das Housekeeping nicht in Anspruch genommen hat. Ausladendes Frühstücksbuffet mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen und Waffeln. Einzig für den Winter fehlt mir persönlich eine Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer

Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl

Hier erlebt man den inzwischen immer seltener werdenden Fall, dass offensichtlich ein Team richtig motiviert ist. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist bemüht. Die Qualität von Parkplatz - Check-In - Flure - Zimmer - Frühstück - Restaurant - Umgebung ist schlicht hervorragend. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist außergewöhnlich gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Restaurant Treibhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Küche und Service exzellent. Weiter so!

Das Hotel liegt an einer herrlichen Lage. Das Zimmer war Tip Top. Habe sehr gut Nacht gegessen. Konnten uns Gut erholen. Gerne wieder.

La bonne conception et l'elegance de la decoration

Tolles Haus! Sehr ruhig mit Straßenbahn Anbindung direkt nach Ulm. Schöne Zimmer und ein wunderbarer Wellnessbereich!

Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Dusche ist nichts für ältere Menschen. Frühstück sehr lecker .
