Good value for the price, good location near a important vaporetto station, close to the airport.

It was 1 min walking from the ferry stop. Very clean and with air conditioning, nice decoration outside the room.

Great stay. Single room, simple and clean, lovely view of boat traffic. (Boats work all night, might want to bring earplugs). Staff friendly, easy check-in. Would definitely stay again. Value for price, ease, and location to vaporetti was well worth it.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, cerca de la parada del Vaporetto, lo cual es conveniente, no hay que caminar mas que un minuto y estas en el hotel. la parada del Vaporetto te lleva a el Aeropuerto de Venecia(Marco Polo), tambien puedes tomarlo en la Terminal de tren en Sta. Lucia. te recomiendo comprar un pase de vaporetto para movilizarse, con este pase pueden visitar las islas de murano, butano, Tortocelo, y otros puntos de la isla de venecia, mas economico y tienen el tiempo disponible para pasar buen rato...,no es un hotel para personas discapacitadas, ya que no cuenta con elevador... la vista al mar y las islas vecinas, y el aeropuerto, se ven desde la ventana. toto esta a distancia caminable tambien..15 a 25 minutos... todo esta senalizado, solo que hay que buscar los rotulos... El google map trabaja muy bien para no perderse...

Great location in a more peaceful part of the city away from the centre and right next to an Vaporetto stop, although in turn that meant there was a fair bit of noise. Not terrible, and the room was double glazed, but something to bear in mind if you like quiet. Everything was pretty good with only one complaint - the single bed. I knew it would be single, but it was pretty small, even for a single; but also pretty cramped with a bunk above it. Yes the bunk was folded up - but it still protruded far from the wall and was very low. Good service, nice and clean, good bathrooms. Just the bed issue.

Only stayed one night but loved it! Very clean, newly renovated. Great bathroom and the view is fabulous!! Location is quiet and great restaurants right on the doorstep. It's a little noisy with the ferry and water taxis going by but ear plugs help greatly and they actually provide them. I'd return again! You're also right beside the water bus pick up and you can keep an eye on the queue from the room. Make sure you get your ticket for the airport water bus beforehand and get in line at least 15 mins before pick up.

The staff were helpful, I was grateful for the help. There wasn't always a staff member available and had to wait, didn't answer on WhatsApp

Spacious room. Great location. Close to ferry stop. Within walking distance of the main areas.

Great hotel. Our room was on the second floor and looked out onto the water. A wonderful view! Hotel was very clean and well maintained. For breakfast, we received a voucher for the cafe nearby. If you book here, my advice is to take the vaporetto from the train station (or wherever you're coming from). The vaporetto stops just outside the hotel. Otherwise, you'll need to cart your bags a long way.

Superbly located building literally around the corner from a vaporetto stop. I had a spacious, spotless room with a modern bathroom. It was quiet and well-run by young, multilingual staff. It has a connection to college of some kind which I couldn't quite fathom. I'd prefer no to to go all-in with five stars but Expedia doesn't offer a 4.5 option. The included breakfast is less than ideal: they give you a coupon to go to a cafe further along the fondamente. They could have organised it with the cool joint next door (which also has a connection to university which I couldn't quite fathom). But that's a detail. I'll be staying there again.

No lift

Incredible stay, wife and I spent 2 weeks in Italy. 2 nights at this location and it was by far the best stay we had. Unit is incredible, view is great, breakfast is an incredible plus and location overall is very good.

Rented here because of the washing machine availability and the convenience to the waterbus (just outside the building) but they said not to use the washing machines because they were in the process of switching them out. False advertising in my opinion. Things in the apartment was pretty flimsy and kitchen was not well equipped, pots and pans did not look clean, no microwave. I would stay here for convenience for transportation to and from the airport, but for nothing else. Overpriced for what I paid and got.

Amazing location in Venice - right on the ocean with easy access to ask Venice had to offer.

Residenza Universitaria Gesuiti College, Hostel and Hotel Visited 18 days in June/July. A bit rustic, wonderfully authentic. The location is sublime. Feet away from the Vaporetto that brings you from and to Marco Polo airport, affords you the view of the lagoon, Isola di San Michele (Venetian cemetery, worth a visit) with Murano, Venetian Glass, in the near distance. The staff, especially Daniele, Sebastiano made welcomed me in true Italian fashion. I would be remiss to forget Andrea(who gave me a great Italian cigar,) and Otabor friendly above and beyond. These very fine gentlemen made time at the hotel, and lounging in the vast courtyard, a fine social experience. Feet away, literally, is Tortuga caffé serving a myriad of Italian specialties, cold beer and Spritz. The hotel is a former Jesuit Seminary filled with artwork. Attached is one of Venice’s most beautiful churches, Chiesa di Santa Maria Assunta Detta I Gesuiti. The neighborhood (sestiere), Cannaregio, is relatively quiet, home to locals and stunningly beautiful buildings with caffés, fine restaurants and campi(squares). Rooms are modern, and spacious for Venice. My window looked out on the lagoon, Isole San Michele and Murano (fine Venetian glass)with the Italian Alps in the distance which are visible on a clear day. Breakfast is provided at a local caffé.
