Easy check in at the bar. A busy pub, very popular at meal times, but not noisy. Rooms are across the car park from the pub, lovely spacious room and a great view across the valley including Three Counties Showground, 4 minutes drive away where I was visiting. Comfortable and clean rooms and a great sized shower, no squished in the corner type! Plenty of leaflets and local info provided. Free wi-fi was a bit hit & miss when the pub was busy, but not a problem. As a lone female traveller I felt safe and well looked after, friendly staff, welcoming locals and good pub grub! I'd definitely stay again.

What a beautiful room with incredible views. Clean, comfortable with everything you need for a night away. All rooms are adjacent to the pub in a separate building. Opening French doors give a wonderful view. We ate at the pub and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Not clean,terrible room,had to mend toilet seat,peeling paint,damp.Never again,how it got the star rating i do not know!!!!!

The hotel is ideally located for the three counties show ground, lovely helpful staff, excellent food in the restaurant

The room was lovely and the view was great. The staff were very nice , we had 2 bottles of coke in our room and when we came back they had put them in a container with ice I thought that was brilliant and very thoughtful, the only fault I could find was that there was no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. I would would really recommend this Inn.

Lovely large, clean room. Very comfortable. The landlady was so friendly. Ate in the pub. Easy to find and park.

Warm, welcoming, clean with an excellent sized room. Food was tasty with good portions. Staff were excellent. Other than requiring a taxi into town, well recommended.

Check in was a dream. Parking was great. Room facilities were excellent - kettle, tea, coffee, milk sachets, plenty of hot water, beds were very comfortable and warm but not too hot which is how I like it. The bathroom could do with a lick of paint. Water leaked a little from underneath the back of the basin which pooled in front of the basin stand. I know they allow pets to stay and there were dog hairs on the carpet which isn’t nice when you don’t particularly like pets. Bath was quite slippery when having a shower - would be good to provide a mat for inside the bath

Beautiful view, good service, friendly staff & good food. Only issue was the illuminated green fire exit sign - take your eye masks!

The room was quite nice. Decent size and bed linen / towels were clean and fresh. BUT it was really unwelcoming that everything was turned off at the wall, so no heating, no heated towel rail (which I never got working), no WiFi (which also never worked) and at first I thought the TV remote was broken until I worked out the TV was off at the wall. Also in a two night stay there was no housekeeping service at all. Further when you go out in the morning the pub is shut with no one there, so nobody to ask to fix things. Obviously no breakfast option either and a 1.5 mile walk to town.

There was a warm welcome in the pub before being shown to the separate, quiet accommodation. What a lovely surprise to find a slightly separated dining/drinks area in the room, and an astonishing view right across the Vale of Evesham to Bredon Hill! It was even possible to park my (small) car right outside the French windows. Also, this location was immediately next to paths that lead straight to the Malvern Hills' most distinctive views. This isn't a mainstream hotel with liveried butlers and room service: but, for proximity to charm, it would be hard to beat. I'll be back.

Room 3 was really spacious, more like a suite with comfortable sofa and armchair and low table too. The many pictures on the wall were tasteful. The bath was particularly good!
