Lovely hotel overlooking both the coastline and the Little Orme. Need car to get into Llandudno. The hotel has a large carpark. The room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. The food was of a high standard and well presented. Would recommend and will visit again.

Very nice views of the bay, but… the staff was rude, rooms were dusty and bathroom had mold. Remote for TV was broken and TV reception was basically unusable. For the price we expected a little better quality and respect from the staff. For dinner, we waited for 1/2 hour to order, then another hour for food. When we finally received our food, it was obvious the food had been sitting for quite some time with dried up meat and gravy. After complaining, the manager removed it from our bill. Wife and daughter both upset at this point.

Attentive staff, good sized car park, food was nice and quickly delivered. Atmosphere was also nice. Great views. Lots of sockets in the room. Downside, no shelf near the sink, in that bathroom, to put your stuff and no fridge.

Last minute weekend away with hubby resulted in finding this gem. Gorgeous views, including the sunset over the bay. Well worth a visit.

Upon arrival our room was clean and the room had a lovely sea view. The bed is extremely comfortable ensuring a great nights sleep. The hotel has a lovely bar and restaurant with delicious home cooked food. The daily breakfast consists of a full cooked English along with some pastries and cereal . The Hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere with lovely friendly staff that cannot do enough for you. One of the most relaxing Hotels we ha e stayed in and we cannot wait to book again for a much lonher stay .

Nice hotel but room 16 you can hear the kitchens as if they are in you room with music on loud and staff singing and plates clattering. I would have asked to move but slipped my headphones on which was the plan anyway so no big deal in the end.

Our stay was excellent. Room was comfortable. A small fridge in the room would have been great to keep water and drinks cool.

A convenient location just outside of Llandudno, an upgraded venue with a small number of rooms, some with a sea view to the west. Although a pub as well, this did not distract from the atmosphere as a hotel. Offers a good menu with quality food.in what appeared to be a popular restaurant during our short stay. Lovely staff . Plenty of safe parking on site.

Attractive newly decorated hotel, situated in a quiet area of Llandudno by the Little Orme. An easy drive into the centre or to the West beach. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. We had a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed. Our room was very dark, as the window was at the back and shrubs and trees were right up to the window. It would be worth paying the extra for a room at the front. The menu was similar to other J.W.Lees hotels, reasonably priced and typical British ‘Pub grub’ which suited us. There’s a large car park, so no problem getting a space. We will definitely return.

I was early to check in so i was very grateful when I was told my room was ready. Gary helped with my case and showed me to my room which I was really happy with. Room 17 is a lovely room with views of Little Orme down to the sea. The housekeeping staff were very good and kept the room very clean and tidy. There is a shower and bath. There is a sofa to sit and enjoy the views. I didn't use the TV. I got great service from the bar and restaurant team and I felt really welcome and well looked after.

A perfect hotel, about a 30 minute pleasant walk to town, great for venue Cymru. Staff excellent, we arrived early as we had to be in town for 3.15, the manager a slim guy with glasses said he'd let us know as soon as our room was ready. We popped to the bar and within 45 minutes just as we finished our drinks he came over and gave us our keys. A lovely friendly helpful man, thank you. We made it to town for our meal with 5 minutes to spare! The bar was great, bedroom lovely, spacious and clean and the bed very comfy. Complimentary water, toiletries and biscuits, tea, coffee, etc. Loads and loads of plug sockets too. We had room 8 which has a set of 5 steps down to the bedroom after you enter. Be aware if mobility is an issue. Breakfast was delicious too, and despite the staff all being very young they are fab, very friendly, professional and helpful. Would highly recommend. Loads of good, free on site parking too. Just register your number plate on the ipad in reception.

First impression - the car park is plastered with PCN threats. I want to be welcomed not warned. The hotel has no lifts and if you are unsteady on your legs this is a problem. If you are allocated room 2 be warned. There is NO view unless you have a stepladder. The windows are frosted to about seven feet above floor level to avoid you being upset about the bins outside. Might as well be in a prison cell The in room entertainment does not include radio - or any BBC channels and when you retire to bed to get over this disappointment you find the duvet is featherweight and walks off the bed several times a night. AVOID - AVOID - AVOID

Excellent location and comfy rooms, staffs are really friendly.. We had booked sea view room and the views were amazing. Good parking. Although the room was not well kept was bit dusty..and there is no lift in the hotel so we had to carry the laggage. No dedicated reception area which was a bit confusing as entrance is same as that of restaurant.

J.W Lees know what they are doing when it comes to Pubs, Hotels and Hospitality. Loved the location, fabulous views from the Hotel and a nice view also from the Room. The Staff were absolutely first class, excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Had a very good meal for Dinner and enjoyed the breakfast. Great selection of J.W Lees Ales and Craft beer was also on offer and a very good wine list. Friendly Bar staff with great service. Would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Llandudno.
