We booked an 'executive suite' (which turned out to be nothing more than a standard room) for 2 adults and our 15 year old son. When we checked in, the room was only set up for 2 adults. They gave us a cheap, flimsy, thin camp bed and a mattress which was less than an inch thick. When I went downstairs to see if there was something more suitable, I was told that was what they used for a 3rd bed. After returning later that evening, the loud music started playing. There was nothing on their listing to say they played blaring music until midnight!! After travelling all day, all we wanted was a peaceful nights sleep.Just after midnight, the music stopped. My son hardly slept and the staff's attitude was that they coudn't care less. Next morning at breakfast, the staff were more occupied with their phones and going outside to vape than they were looking after the guests. We watched one old lady wait at the bar for more than 2 minutes while the girl tapped away on her mobile. This truly is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. If you want blaring music, you will love it. If you want a nice, quiet, relaxing hotel with great staff, this place is as far from it as you can get.

My wife and I had a one night stay here which was excellent. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The views of the promenade and sea were wonderful. As mentioned in many reviews, the breakfast was amazing as were the staff. We would highly recommend.

Great location on the seafront. Personal check-in, actually shown to your room. Room was spotless and had everything you need for a night or two away. Plenty of parking in the near vicinity. Great choice for breakfast, everything prepared fresh and cooked to order. No lift at the hotel though, something to be aware of if you struggle with stairs as there are lots of them. Not a problem for us and we will definitely stay here again in we are in the area.

We had mixed feelings about the room, it looked as though it had recently been decorated and was quite pleasant. It was let down by little things like; the wardrobe doors hinge was completely hanging off, so the door nearly came off in your hand when you opened it, the room was cold even in August and the small electric heater was inadequate, you couldn't turn the heated towel rail on, but most concerning was that the hot water was dangerously hot and made trying to shower impossible. The breakfast was good, but I got no black pudding and the plate was chipped on the rim. Also strangely you could have tea/coffee or fruit juice but not both. Our room had a sea view and overlooked the Eric Morecambe statue, but as it was up 3 flights of stairs (50 steps) you need to be fit, we are in our 70's and carrying our luggage up nearly did for us. We had booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1, this was a personal choice but it wasn't that good that we didn't mind losing the money to spend the next night at home.

Room was quite small and at the very top of 3 flights of stairs. Only got a frosted glass window which would not stay open. So room was also very hot. Bathroom was also quite small, but room was very comfortable and bathroom tidy and adequate. Room really could have done with a chair, as you had to sit on the bed. However, there would not have been enough room to put a chair in the room. The breakfast was absolutely superb, freshly cooked and plenty of it. Staff were all also very friendly and helpful

Great stay and great staff. Food great with gluten free options. Would have scored 100% on everything but bed not great, too low to floor and poor quality matress?

Excellent Staff (friendly and helpful). However the music was incredibly loud until late at night (well past midnight). Eventually we had to sleep with headphones on. This place is really only suitable for those looking for a party/busy location.

Great hotel, superb location, and super food. Room was brilliant, sublime views. My only 2 relative negatives, food service stopped at 7.30pm and via my wife, the ladies loos were up a fairly step staircase, and there was no accessible loo for folks with limited mobility

Stayed for one night, our room was an exeutive room, but dont know why its classed as that,as the view was amazing, but nothing in the room as extra,ni bottled water,no mini bar etc,the bed was really low,and no bed sheets on the matress, just a thing sheet and a duvet, birds feathers and crumbs on the floor,i guess a quick hoover would have removed those, breakfast took over 40 mins,as a charity bike ride crew were befire us,the fried eggs were hard,no yolk, overall not fantastic, and room for improvement.
