Property was really nice however the condo I stayed in was extremely dirty. I saw 3 roaches and the linens were NOT CLEANED. AT ALL! I communicated the condition of the condo to guest services who was extremely dismissive. I was so uncomfortable my entire stay. My daughter had so much dog hair on her pants from the floor. There was a blood stain on the blankets. I would never stay here again. This was my first time in Destin and what a disaster. Other than that… property was nice. Bar food was good and guest services was rude af. Never again. Communications is far from CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY!

Great place for a family, things just need updating. We had a relaxing time with our kids, it was affordable, and nice pool area for them.

Condo was invested with mold! Had to wait hours before a property manager would come out and look at the room. The front desk told us this was a known issue and they’ve had several complaints!! Unsure why they are continuing to rent this property without fixing the known water leak issue under the refrigerator
