I didn’t not enjoy my stay there. Final Four in town. Not many hotels available

Our room had mold on the ceiling and we were told there is nothing they can do about it. Sheets had stains on them and the bathroom sink had the paint peeling out of it. When trying to check out we waited 45 minutes for someone to come to the counter and when calling customer service they said there was nothing they could do. This place is a health hazard and the city will be informed about our stay here. Very disappointed in our stay and will not be returning.

You honestly have no idea how frustrating it was to arrive at the hotel and find out I couldn't even rest properly because of a mistake on your end.

Good experience for the location and stay

Dirty room, dirty hallway, smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana throughout.

The hallway smelled bad like dirty feet. There were roaches in the restroom, the mini fridge didn’t work, the microwave was rusted and dirty, the beds were broke down and two of our four lights didn’t work. The second floor was loud all night!

One night stay, but wouldn’t do it again. Check in was delayed due to internet issues, but was good once it was back up. Hotels 2nd floor smelled of weed. Several holes in the walls of our room. Laundry washer and dryer were out of service which would have been a perk for us. Room wasn’t stocked with near enough towels for 4 people. Beds were uncomfortable and the AC never cooled off enough. Cheap room and dog friendly, but definitely needed some maintenance and repairs.

Place is dirty out dated. There was bugs in the room I had. I will not ever stay there.

Fair. Dirty room and bathroom. Loud and noisy. Lots of riff Raff hanging around. Bed was comfortable.
