We had a corner/street room and it wasn’t noisy due to the white noise of the AC. It was nice and cool in there with the 3 ACs and 3 fans going. Nicely remodeled! Super close to the beach! The pool water was the most perfect temperature, so luxurious! Will probably return.

No hot water electrical problems with the lights cutting on and off no air conditioning no parking pass providing two parking places supposedly that we're taking by employees the entire time dirty rooms dirty beds they did leave us the cleaning products to clean the room ourselves no ability to fix any problems send us to another room to shower where the shower was broken off the wall

We had a decent stay at property

The room was very small but if that is what you like, it was very hot, Room 24 on the end which the sun was heng the room very hatd so the little ac units could barely keep the room cool enough to be comfortable. The parking was very tight, if driving a SUV or Truck park in the back. The dog area was nice and the pool. Just to cramped for 2 adults.

I wish they monitored the parking lot. People were just parking in any spot. I didn’t like that I had to park in someone's spot because mine wasn't available. I think they should add coined washer and dryers.

The fact that i had no complaints is why i gave the great rating. Well the mattress was lumpy.😀

It was very close to the beach. Staff were very helpful with activities and places to eat. Pool was clean and quiet.

The furniture was new, wonderful bed, the bathroom is very small, the shower is tiny and the building is old. The price I paid was over $300 for one night, but it should have been $100 or less. I got ripped off. Very disappointed..

Property lacking maintenance, very small, ac doesn’t cool very well, unit very hot upon arrival, bathroom very tiny, carpet very uncomfortable and painful to walk on, takes forever to get any hot water, no nearby transportation or restaurants to eat at that is open or able to seat customers.

Communication was excellent, the pool area was very well kept as well as the running area for the dogs. When we arrived we immediately noticed how well kept are room was. We will definitely be staying here again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Seabirds! It had a cozy, charming vibe—so much more personal than a big hotel chain. The Airbnb-style setup felt like a home away from home. Our room had two comfy queen beds, cute decor, and a welcoming ambiance. The full kitchen—with a fridge, stove, and all the essentials—was perfect for cooking meals and saving money. And best of all, it was just a quick 4-minute walk to the beach! The only downside was that my wife lost her reading glasses under the couch or bed, and unfortunately, they weren’t willing to send them back. A small disappointment in an otherwise wonderful stay. We’d still definitely come back!

The remodel is amazing. The rooms are so fresh and clean. The outdoors,pool area, has a nice upgrade, might need more lounge chairs though. The dog lit is perfect, its large and totally fenced in. The only downside is the parking. The parking spots are tight, my husband couldn't even get in our car someone was so clise. There needs to be a section, maybe back by the pool in the grass for larger vehicles. Everything else was great!!

The property is nice and easily located in the middle of everything but i was disappointed when we opened the sofa bed and everything was dirty. Had to change the sheets, pillow cases and even the main blanket.

Great place to stay and worth the money!

No one was there to help you, I wanted to stay another night? But it’s cool I had a good time

All in all it was a great stay. Walk to beach, pier and restaurants is convenient and close by. The parking situation is difficult if you have more than one vehicle. You have to pay an additional $25 for another vehicle. Not sure if that is for entire stay or just one night as I only stayed over one night. Make sure to work that out through the motel otherwise you will end up paying hourly rates for parking lot in back.
