The front steps were covered in ice making it hard to go through the front door. The water was off when we got there and the hot water heater was cold. There are no light blocking blinds on the bedroom windows and the outside lights shined in all night until we figured out how to shut them off. The living room thermostat said 77 but it was cold and the heat wouldn't turn on. We had to use the space heater in the living room. Beds are not comfortable. Pool table was fun but had to tighten the bolts because it wobbled if you touched it.

It was me and my family's first time staying in something like this and it was excellent and looking foward to staying in the summer.
