Highly recommended stay, I stayed for 1 month long for school safe quiet and clean. Full laundry room inside room very convenient large apartments. Communication with management was great. There are no elevators and I was on the 3rd floor but I am active does not bother me. Just keep that in mind if you cant climb stairs. Great place ! High recommended!

Could have been better except for the spiders and ants we had to kill while there.. it appeared that no one had used the unit or did an inspection for pests.

Our stay was great! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as we were in town for the weekend for the NHRA race event at Lucas Oil raceway and was a short 4 minute drive from the raceway. There were plenty of restaurants a short drive in the other direction which made this a great location.

Communic communication about how to get into the apartment was not clear.

Beautiful property, the apartment was larger than I expected. Nicely furnished, and everything I needed was there extremely clean and the staff was quick to respond for any of my questions or needs. I highly recommend this property.

The apartment was EXTREMELY clean, the sheets were soft and so were the towels. We loved it!

Apartment was very well kept. But you definitely need to look into some sort of sound deading for the master bedroom window traffic noise was loud..

I was very surprised by this property. It was all the cleanliness and niceness of a hotel but with the comfort of a one bedroom apartment. It was so nice to have a full fridge and a washer and dryer. The bed was also very comfortable with lots of pillows. At first it looks like it's in the middle of nowhere, but there's a ton to eat and lots of shopping just 10 minutes away. It makes for a quiet spot as well. Plus a Starbucks is closeby! My only minor complaint is that it is next to a busy road so you can hear the cars pretty good but the cleanliness, easy parking, and overall comfort of this place was enough to make up for that.

A home away from home. A vacation experience!

This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean. The bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed! Excellent place to stay!

This apartment was HUGE. No elevator, I was suprised but I managed.No room darkening drapes. It was brighter in the bed room at night then during daylight. No dish rags, no dish soap, no laundry supplies and only 1 roll of tiolet paper for a four day visit. The towels were nice and new, so new they still had inspecter stickers on them. UGH No cable and no directions on how the Smart TV works. I downloaded the manual but trying to read it on a phone... Not so good. Some dishes were not clean, so after I went to Wal-Mart and bought supplies I did dishes and laundry. Owners, if you could stock these items and a back up roll of toilet paper and paper towels this would be an amazing rental.

Loved the Apatment the area is very clean neighborhood was very safe in a brand new newly constructed complex everything was updated convenient thanks would definitely stay again hopefully soon : )

My stays (2 and counting) are nothing less than exceptional. I have stayed in two different 1 bedroom apartments and they are absolutely amazing. I travel a lot and when in Indy I will check here first. These are actual 1 bedroom apartments with full amenities including granite countertops, stainless appliances and full washer and dryers. All of the rooms are immaculate, the staff is super attentive, the location couldn't be any better, it's perfect!!

I wish they would've left more than a single roll of toilet paper. Otehr than that, the trip was great.

Good location and very very nice complex/unit. Pre arrival communication was great with multiple check in's to assure had everything needed. Easy to get into for check in and unit was new, clean, and very spacious.

This was an amazing experience! I stay in Indianapolis quite often and will be staying there again. It has also made me reconsider relocation to the area.
