Poor and misleading communication! Scam

The front desk was unable to "find" my reservation despite showing my expedia confirmation. They were unwilling to research or investigate and very was unhelpful. I felt so unwelcome that I booked to stay on another hotel. I was unable to refund my booking and the owner failed to reach out.

The space itself was great - spacious and clean, but check in was a bit confusing, and communication with the host was inconsistent. Not the best service but we were happy with the unit.
