Having difficulties upon checking in, because the guard (front desk) did not recognize app as a partner of wv towers. So we need to call several numbers for confirmation though we have hotel vouchers already. And one of the guards is not accommodating. Cannot attend to the guest's needs momentarily instead, showing an arrogant attitude.
