Very spacious and close to just about everything. The view is amazing too

We enjoyed the property and location during our girls trip. The home is exactly as pictured and had all the supplies we needed. Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating.

Four night stay, house was nice and newish though it’s in a pretty sketchy neighborhood. There is a garage for parking though which helped those concerns. There is a school across the street with large security flood lights that beam into the third level master bedroom. There is a vending machine in the garage with condoms for sale, not ideal for families with inquisitive young kids. Upon checkin there were no batteries in the remote and no trash bags in trashcan. We also woke up with ants everywhere. I messaged the owner about those three things and response was basically accusing us of causing the ants by leaving food out. Other than that, beds were comfy and there’s plenty of space in the house. A playground nearby and easy access to freeways.

The check in was smooth and if you need to communicate with anyone they responded fast. It was a great location the rooftop has an amazing view. We overall loved our stay. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and we love the bathroom, the tub is big enough for 2 and a huge shower. I would totally recommend this place for anyone that is visiting Houston. Also very close to downtown Houston!!

The property was well decorated, spacious and clean. We were able at check in a little early as well as a late check out. The communication was great 10/10 recommend.

Book this place! Beautiful property, quiet area! Beds were comfortable, bathroom in all 3 rooms was a major plus. Kitchen included everything you need. The top floor seating area was the star of the show! Close to down town Houston, grocery store and places to eat! 10/10 would recommend

The property host was very responsive and accommodating. This is a brand new town home and everything thing was in great condition and very clean. I can’t wait to book it again!

What did I like or what was unique about the property? “My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving, and we absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere! The open-concept kitchen and dining area were perfect for preparing and enjoying our holiday meal together. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a unique charm with its rustic furniture and large windows that let in natural light. The host even left thoughtful holiday touches like festive decorations, which made it extra special.

Amazing property. Nice and clean. Very cozy. I will be staying here everytime I visit the HOUSTON area. It was AMAZING
